Join me at the Daniel Boone Regional Public Library in Columbia, Missouri, for a beginners ukulele workshop and concert, Wednesday, June 24th!

Beginning Ukulele Workshop: 4:00–5:00 PM

Perfect for beginners eager to learn ukulele. Instructor Danielle Anderson offers a supportive, encouraging approach while focusing on the essential skills and terms that will get you singing and strumming. Learn how to tune, hold, and play chords, then combine them to make music. Bring your ukulele, tuner, and strap; a couple of extra ukuleles will be available for those without an instrument. Great for adults, and teens 15 and up. Please register.

Danielle Ate the Sandwich is a Kansas City–based singer-songwriter known for soft vocals, wit, and heartfelt songs about everyday life. A ukulele and guitar player, she’s released 8 albums, toured nationally, and opened for Mumford & Sons and Jake Shimabukuro. Her latest album Fumbling celebrates the talent of her local creative community. Concert is appropriate for adults and teens.
