Sandwiched KC is proud to present the third annual Heartland Caregiving Conference on November 1, 2025, at St. Joseph Medical Center (1000 Carondelet Drive, KCMO 64114).
The Heartland Caregiving Conference invites family caregivers in the Kansas City Metro to gather to learn best practices in self-care and caregiving, discover community resources that can help as they care for a loved one, and connect with others who share a similar experience. We’ll be kicking off National Family Caregivers Month and anyone who is caring for a loved one is invited to join!
Help us write a Sandwiched Caregiving Anthem with folk songwriter, Danielle Ate the Sandwich. We’ll use your suggestions, experiences, stories and lessons learned to write a song and sing it together at the end of our 2025 conference. We'll have you leaving the day with something sweet stuck in your head!
